SSM Health welcomes two new Behavioral Health providers in Monroe

Monroe, WI – Mental health continues to be top priority in the community. As care evolves to support local needs, SSM Health Monroe Clinic Medical Group is pleased to welcome two new providers to the Behavioral Health team:. and Beth Jessie, LPC.

Dr. Becky Brown is returning to SSM Health as a Clinical Psychologist. Dr. Brown’s specialties include trauma-informed care, OCD, and somatic psychotherapy.

The conditions that Dr. Brown primarily sees include depression, anxiety, complex trauma, and behavioral concerns. She also sees patients for Autism screenings.

When asked about her practice, Dr. Brown shared, “I’m a generalist and I can collaborate with medical providers to assist with adjusting to new or chronic medical conditions.”

Dr. Beth Jessie

Beth Jessie is also joining the Behavioral Health team as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Beth received her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, and her Master of Science from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville.

The conditions that Beth primarily sees patients for include anxiety, depression, separation anxiety, relationship issues, PTSD, and trauma.

Beth shared, “Counseling is a process. My goal is to help patients know that they can be and will be successful.”
