Centralia, IL (August 14, 2024) – Planning and fundraising for the annual SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital Foundation Golf Par-Tee four person scramble are again underway. To support SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital’s community health initiatives focusing on food insecurity, patient transportation, and preventive services, this 13th annual event will be held Friday, September 13, 2024, at Greenview Golf Course in Centralia.
“By participating in the golf scramble, you will be making a positive impact on the quality of care provided to the residents of our community. A healthy community is a thriving community,” said Kay Zibby-Damron, Administrative Director of Fund Development at SSM Health in Southern Illinois.
Registration will be held from 10:30 a.m., with a shotgun start at noon. Registration includes green fees, carts, lunch, refreshments on the course, hors de’ oeuvres at the 19th hole, and an individual player gift.
“This longstanding event is the hospital’s largest annual fundraiser and it’s always a fun day.
