Mt. Vernon, IL (August 26, 2024) – SSM Health Medical Group in Illinois continues to expand primary care services in Mt. Vernon, IL. Bhargava Nelluri, MBBS, MD, has recently joined the medical staff and is welcoming new patients.
Dr. Nelluri received his medical degree from the NRI Academy of Medical Sciences in India. He later came to the U.S. where he completed an Internal Medicine residency at Jefferson Einstein Healthcare Network in East Norriton, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Nelluri conducted clinical research in cardiology at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona and furthered his research in nephrology at the University of Alberta in Canada. He is a highly skilled physician with extensive training in internal medicine. Dr. Nelluri has dedicated his career to providing patient-centered care, working with patients to help them achieve optimal health and overall well-being.
