Baraboo, WI – SSM Health St. Clare Hospital – Baraboo and SSM Health Waupun Memorial Hospital are included on Becker’s Hospital Review’s ‘Top Recommended Hospitals’ list. Inclusion on the list is based on patients’ likelihood to recommend the hospitals to others. Only 11% of US hospitals made the list.
To create the list, Becker’s Hospital Review uses data from the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS), which reflects patient experiences gathered between July 2023 and June 2024. Hospitals were evaluated based on patients' willingness to recommend them to friends and family, requiring at least 100 completed surveys within a four-quarter period for eligibility.
