Ensuring caregivers have the tools they need

Mt. Vernon - SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital is proud to announce a generous gift from the Auxiliary to SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation, providing four high-end workstations on wheels for the Emergency Department. Each workstation, valued at $7,000, enables mobile charting and supports clinicians in delivering care in the fast-paced environment of the Emergency Department.

“We are incredibly grateful for this gift from the Foundation. These workstations have made a tremendous difference for our team, allowing us to stay mobile, efficient, and focused on patient care,” states Lori Scott, Emergency Department Director at SSM Health Good Samaritan Hospital. “Their support means we can provide the best possible experience for every person who walks through our doors.”

Thanks to the generosity of its donors, SSM Health Good Samaritan Foundation continues its commitment to advancing healthcare and ensuring our caregivers have the tools they need to provide exceptional service to our communities in Southern Illinois.
