David and Ashley Eckstein will bring their joint book tour to Mt. Vernon on September 9 at Cedarhurst Center for the Arts, during a special community event of inspiration, purpose and community impact supporting the mission of SSM Health Foundation – Southern Illinois.
Together, Ashley and David will celebrate the release of their books, “Just Enough” and “Lucky 22” – while sharing powerful stories of perseverance, resilience, faith and hope – mirroring the strength seen in patients at SSM Health in Southern Illinois every day.
David is a former St. Louis Cardinal, two-time World Series Champion, and 2006 World Series MVP. Ashley is best known as the voice of Ahsoka Tano in Star Wars, and is s also an accomplished actress, author, and fashion designer.
