Kyle Nondorf has been named SSM Health Wisconsin Regional President. He stepped into the interim role in July equipped with deep knowledge of the region, a proven leadership record, and previous experience with caregiving teams and community partners.
“A trusted leader, collaborative partner, and steadfast advocate providing exceptional value-based healthcare, Kyle Nondorf has a proven ability to build strong relationships, navigate complex challenges, and achieve results will continue to benefit our patients, communities, and care teams across Wisconsin,” said Joe Hodges, SSM Health Chief Operations Executive.
Throughout his tenure with SSM Health, Nondorf has consistently delivered strong operational performance and sustained growth. Since September 2025, he has served as the Regional Chief Operating Officer for the organization’s Mid-Missouri and Oklahoma regions.
Previously, he spent five years in Wisconsin leadership roles, include Regional Vice President of Acute Care Operations and President of SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital - Madison, where he led the organization through the COVID-19 pandemic.
Although a native of Oklahoma, Kyle and his family developed deep connections and lasting friendships in Wisconsin, making his return especially meaningful.
