More than any other caregiver, nursing caregivers have the most interaction with patients. Fueled by empathy and compassion, SSM Health nurses don’t just recognize the need to perfect the patient experience – they encompass the heartfelt desire to make it happen.
In 2022, there were 3,242 comments submitted regarding nurses with a rating of 9 or 10 that demonstrated how SSM Health nurses are building patient relationships and positively impacting the patient experience every day.
