Sleep Studies

Our sleep team specializes in sleep-related breathing disorders. In addition, we have the necessary expertise and specialized equipment to evaluate and treat patients with more rare or complex neurological sleep disorders. Our team may determine that you are a candidate for a sleep study, an overnight test that provides valuable information about how you sleep.

Our sleep studies are conducted by a qualified sleep technologist and then interpreted by experienced physicians, trained in sleep medicine. Our staff uses advanced equipment to monitor sleep patterns, blood oxygen levels and body movements. Conditions your sleep study may look for, include:

  • Insomnia
  • Sleep apnea
  • Restless leg syndrome
  • Periodic limb movement
  • Narcolepsy
  • Sleepwalking
  • Night terrors
  • Bed wetting

If you’re struggling with sleep, contact your SSM Health provider today and together you can create a plan for better sleep.
