The Emergency Room at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital - Madison is a designated Level II Trauma Center and offers technologically-advanced care. When moments count, our staff members – including physicians, trauma surgeons, residents, nurses, respiratory therapists, social workers and radiology technicians – are specifically trained to handle complex and life-threatening injuries.

We provide 24/7 emergency and critical care for the most serious accidents and injuries. Some common conditions we treat include:
