Support Life-saving Innovation in Neurosciences!

December 06, 2022 10:48 AM -

This holiday season, please consider supporting ongoing excellence in Neurosciences with a gift to the Innovation & Environment fund.

Through new, state-of-the-art, robotic-assisted visualization tools we can ensure the best possible outcomes for SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital – Madison’s most complex clinical cases.

By investing in SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital - Madison's skilled Neurosciences team, you support our multi-year journey to advanced Stroke Center certifications and help enhance life-saving care:

  • Minutes count when it comes to stroke care, and our ability to quickly and effectively visualize and treat all strokes will ensure the best chances of full recovery
  • Enhanced visualization and tumor fluorescence give our surgeons the ability to remove as much of the tumor as possible, which is directly tied to long-term patient survival
  • Using a blue light microscope, fluorescence causes the trouble area to glow: Blood Vessels impacted by stroke glow yellow, and abnormal brain tissue glows red, guiding surgeons through highly delicate and complex procedures

Read about how cutting-edge neuroscience technology enabled Katie and Gabriel Johnson to have the family they had always dreamed off.

As we celebrate serving the community for more than 110 years, we’ve proven that investments in clinical excellence at SSM Health are investments in the health and well-being of our community. With your help, we can meet the critical needs of patients for generations to come and expand on SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital - Madison's tradition of providing exceptional care for all we have the privilege to serve.

Please join our growing list of supporters and consider giving the gift of hope with a donation designated to Innovation & Environment or any other fund of your choice.
