Madison, Wis. — SSM Health Wisconsin hospitals are being recognized for outstanding patient experience performance, including excellence in nurse communication and other key measures of patient care.

Drawing from Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) data, Becker’s Hospital Review recently highlighted hospital performance.

Each SSM Health hospital in Wisconsin earned multiple 4- or 5-star ratings. These ratings reflect the dedication of physicians, nurses, caregivers and other staff to provide exceptional care and a positive experience for every patient served.
