Application Process

Applicants must be a third-year resident in good standing or a recent graduate (two to three years post residency) of an AOA/ACGME family medicine residency. Licensed, or eligible for licensure in the state of Wisconsin, is also required.

Candidates interested in SSM Health Monroe Hospital's fellowship program should send a copy of their current CV, a personal statement, and three letters of recommendation. Applications are considered on a rolling basis with a first review on September first of each year. All interviews will be conducted in-person.
