Program Director
Dr. Carmina Quiroga graduated with a Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in 1977 and completed a two-year residency program at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center in 1999. Dr. Quiroga is double board certified with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and American Board of Wound Management. Dr. Quiroga was appointed as Assistant Program Director in 2012, and as Program Director in 2026.
