Program Specific Application Information
Applicants must have successfully completed a PGY-1 residency program. Applicants must also possess a PharmD from an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy and be eligible for licensure in the State of Missouri, which offers temporary licensure for pharmacists.
SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital participates in the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS) and the matching program administered by the National Matching Services, Inc. Once application materials are reviewed, select candidates will be contacted for an interview
