Residency Requirements & Application Procedure

Applicants must have successfully completed a PGY-1 residency program and be eligible for licensure in the State of Missouri, which offers temporary licensure for pharmacists.

Three letters of recommendation are required from the following sources:

• One letter from PGY-1 residency program director
• One letter from PGY-1 preceptor
• One letter from an individual of the applicant’s choosing

The required letter of intent should emphasize

• Career goals
• Reasons for wanting to complete a psychiatric focused residency program
• Why you are interested in SSM Health DePaul Hospital’s psychiatric PGY-2
