Being discharged from the hospital?

Don't make an extra stop. We deliver.

We offer a Meds-to-Beds program that delivers prescribed medication to your hospital bedside prior to being released to go home. To take advantage of this program talk to nursing staff.


Payment is due at time of service and cannot be added to the hospital bill.

What insurances do you accept?

We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare Part D. If your prescription drug coverage has changed, call or stop by any SSM Health Pharmacy and speak with our staff - we're glad to help.

How can I transfer my prescription to an SSM Health pharmacy?

If you need to transfer your prescriptions to SSM Health Pharmacy, simply call your local pharmacy or prescription center and we'll take care of the details.

Can I get help understanding my medications?

You can always speak to the SSM Health pharmacist on duty at your local pharmacy if you have questions about your medication(s). In some cases you can also meet with a primary care clinical pharmacist to manage medications.

A SSM Health primary care clinical pharmacist is a pharmacist that collaborates with your provider and your health care team to ensure that you are prescribed medications that result in the best possible health outcomes. Regular visits with the pharmacist in between visits with the doctor are proven to help people achieve health goals and maintain progress.

  • Collaborate with your provider to help manage your chronic condition with medication adjustment and counseling:
    • Type 2 diabetes
    • Heart failure
    • High blood pressure
    • High cholesterol
    • Asthma
    • COPD
    • Tobacco use
  • Review and discuss medication changes that occurred following a hospitalization.
  • Review your medication regimen to simplify your regimen and/or ensure you are taking guideline directed therapies.
  • Review your medications for possible causes of side effects or intolerances.
  • Teach you about your medications and help you take them correctly.
  • Answer questions you may have about your medications.

Do you offer a way to pick up all my prescription refills at once?

Yes, SSM Health offers MedSync and Auto-Refill programs. Our pharmacy team will work with you, your provider, and your insurance company to:

  • Sync all of your maintenance medications to fill on the same-day via Med Sync
  • Prompt the pharmacy team to refill medications before you run out via Auto-Refill
  • Proactively contact your provider when you run out of refills via Auto-Refill

How do I enroll in either the MedSync or Auto-Refill programs? Talk to your local pharmacy team to get enrolled.

Do you offer home infusion therapy or enteral services?

Yes, SSM Health at Home, in conjunction with SSM Health Pharmacy, offers home infusion therapy and enteral services. Learn more about infusion therapy and enteral services.
