SSM Health St. Louis is excited to develop a new 66,000-square-foot destination outpatient center in the southern portion of Greater St. Charles County, along Highway 40/64. A groundbreaking event was held in early December at 301 Caledonia Pkwy, O’Fallon, MO 63368.

In alignment with SSM Health’s commitment to providing safe, high-quality, affordable health care services to its communities, this new SSM Health Outpatient Center will offer extensive imaging, adult and pediatric urgent care services, laboratory services, and a retail pharmacy. In addition, the outpatient center will partner with SSM Health Medical Group, SLUCare Physician Group, and SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital to provide extensive primary, specialty, and pediatric care services onsite.

“The SSM Health team is so excited to expand its mission and high-quality health care service to meet the growing needs of the St. Charles county community. The new 66,000 square foot outpatient center will continue to build upon the legacy of the founding Sisters who, in 1885, first started their healing ministry in a humble 5-bedroom home in St. Charles. We are also looking to the future the needs of the community, and with 7.5 acres of land available for future development, there is opportunity to expand as the community continues to grow,” notes Jeremy Fotheringham, RN, MHSA, JD, Academic & St. Louis Regional President.

As one of the fastest-growing counties in Missouri with an increased need for pediatric and adult services, the St. Charles market presents a strong opportunity for expansion and growth. With this significant addition in providing local health services, residents can access expert care close to home – without leaving their community.
