CPAP/BiPAP

For those who have been diagnosed with sleep apnea, an SSM Health at Home respiratory therapist will consult with you about the appropriate positive airway pressure (PAP) equipment and supplies that meet your needs. The respiratory therapist will continue to work with you and your physician to achieve patient satisfaction and help ensure compliance.

PAP resupply

We have a team of PAP resupply specialists who monitor usage and coordinate CPAP and BiPAP supply reorders. Once the initial set-up is complete, you can reorder PAP supplies online and/or through a smartphone app. Patients wishing to speak with a representative on the phone can call 877-375-4467 for assistance.

Home Oxygen Services

SSM Health at Home offers full-service support for your oxygen needs. Our highly trained technicians provide detailed instruction on use of the equipment and will offer ongoing consultation, personal follow-up on patient compliance and needs, assistance with equipment when traveling, and 24/7 on-call services. We offer a range of equipment including oxygen concentrators, lightweight portable cylinders, portable oxygen concentrators, and self-fill systems.

Nebulizers

We can provide nebulizer compressors to assist in delivering medications to the lungs in mist form to treat conditions including asthma, COPD, and other lung diseases.

Ventilators

Our respiratory therapists work with patients to set an individualized plan of care for invasive or non-invasive ventilation to deliver positive pressure to the lungs to assist in breathing.
