Residency Requirements & Application Procedure

Requirements for Acceptance

Applicants must be graduates of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy (PharmD preferred) and be eligible for licensure in the state of Missouri. A complete application includes:

• Curriculum vitae
• Three letters of recommendation
• Official pharmacy school transcript
• Letter of intent

The letter of intent should highlight the applicant’s career goals, motivation for pursuing a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency, and specific interest in completing the residency at SSM Health DePaul Hospital.
