Requirements for Acceptance

• Applicants must be highly motivated individuals who desire advanced training to enhance the level of professional practice.
• Candidates must graduate from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy and be eligible for a license in the state of Missouri.
• Applicants must meet criteria defined by the ASHP residency accreditation standards to be considered for a position.
• Complete an application and at minimum submit the following information to PhORCAS:
• Letter of intent including:
  • Why specifically do you want to complete a residency at SSM Health St. Clare Hospital – Fenton?
  • What you hope to gain from your residency training?
  • Your future career goals
  • Any other information you feel that we should consider when reviewing your application
• Curriculum vitae (CV)
• Pharmacy School Transcripts
• Three letters of recommendation
• To apply for the program, please submit your application through the PhORCAS system.
