Requirements for Acceptance

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy (PharmD degree preferred)
• Missouri license or eligibility for one

Application due date: Jan. 5

To apply for the program, please do so through the PhORCAS system. For any questions you may have, email program director, Davina Dell-Steinbeck , PharmD, BCPS.

A letter of intent is required as part of the application process. This letter should include:

1. Why you want to complete a residency at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital - St. Louis.
2. What you hope to gain from residency training.
3. Your future career goals.
4. Any other information you feel that we should consider while reviewing your application.
