Residency Application Information
Requirements for Acceptance
- Applicants should be highly motivated individuals who desire advanced training to elevate their professional practice.
- Candidates must graduate from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program and be eligible for licensure in the state of Missouri.
- Applicants must meet the criteria defined by the ASHP Residency Accreditation Standards to be considered for a resident position.
- PhORCAS application should include the following, at a minimum:
- Letter of intent - letter should include:
- Why candidate specifically desires to complete a residency at SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital - St. Charles
- What candidate hopes to gain from residency training
- Candidate's future career goals
- Any additional information that candidate would like considered as part of their application
- Curriculum vitae (CV)
- Pharmacy school transcripts
- Three letters of recommendation
- Letter of intent - letter should include:
