Medication & Medical Device Assistance

Don't let the cost of medications or medical devices* administered at an SSM Health facility keep you from seeking services to get well. Having access to medications and medical devices is essential to quality care and SSM Health is committed to providing our patients with excellent care.

Uninsured or underinsured patients may qualify for patient assistance programs that provide free or low-cost medicine and medical devices* for current treatment plans. To see if you qualify for the program, you will need to complete an authorization form. In many cases this can be an electronic form.

Once evaluation has begun, you may be asked to provide your most recent tax return, W2 and health insurance information. If you qualify, your free or discounted medicine or medical device will be reflected on your bill.
