One Day Appointments
We value your time. That’s why we offer appointments as early as 7 am. By starting early, and efficiently coordinating your testing procedures, we often complete your entire evaluation by 10 am. This convenient scheduling is only one of the program advantages of SSM Health Medical Group Executive Health. Corporate wellness doesn’t just refer to the health of a company, but the health of its top leaders as well.
The Executive Physical
Our executive physical is a complete screening that goes above and beyond a routine exam performed at many doctor’s offices. The extended physical examination, along with a detailed laboratory analysis and advanced medical screenings will reveal your current, overall health status as well as assess your risk for developing certain diseases in the future.
In addition, the Executive Health physicians and staff are here to provide guidance and support beyond the exam room by helping you implement and maintain healthy lifestyle changes.
As a participant in the Executive Health program, you will receive a comprehensive medical examination. You can also personalize your executive physical for your specific health needs by including additional optional services. These services can be selected for an additional cost with your approval or as designated within your corporate wellness package.
What is included in the Comprehensive Executive Medical Exam?
The Executive Health physicians provide you with a thorough, extended medical examination, focusing on your overall health. Throughout the evaluation, our professional staff will work with you to create a health improvement plan that promotes wellness and prevention rather than illness and treatment.
Your comprehensive executive medical exam will include:
- Medical history review
- Physical examination
- Comprehensive metabolic panel
- Complete blood count (CBC)
- Lipid profile - LDL cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, triglycerides
- Thyroid function screening (TSH)
- Urinalysis
- Electrocardiogram
- Audiometry
- Pulmonary function screening
- Body composition analysis
- Wellness coaching (exercise, nutrition, disease risk reduction)
