How We Support Our Community

SSM Health Dean Medical Group is committed to improving the health of our community.

We are proud to support many organizations, across southern Wisconsin, that share our mission of improving the health and quality of life in our community.

As part of the many not-for-profits SSM Health Dean Medical Group supports, we have aligned with a few organizations to provide additional year round support.

The United Way of Dane County

We are committed to supporting the United Way of Dane County and its seven agenda for change items, specifically focusing on children, health and partnerships. We believe that our mission of improving the health of our community can be better accomplished with great community partners like the United Way.

The American Red Cross - Badger Chapter

In early 2011, SSM Health Dean Medical Group joined together with The American Red Cross - Badger Chapter to strengthen their disaster relief program across south-central Wisconsin. We have committed to a three-year partnership to ensure that if families are displaced from their homes because of natural disasters, they have the resources they need to get back on their feet.

The March of Dimes

SSM Health is proud to be a Presenting Sponsor of the March of Dimes. We support their March for Babies and Signature Chefs event each year. As firm believers in the mission of the March of Dimes, we will continue to work until the day that all babies are born healthy.

Second Harvest

For more than 10 years, SSM Health Dean Medical Group has partnered with NBC15 in the Second Harvest of Southern Wisconsin Share Your Holidays campaign. The Southern Wisconsin chapter of Second Harvest has been raising money and collecting food to aid hunger-relief programs in 16 southwestern Wisconsin counties for over 25 years. Each year SSM Health Dean Medical Group holds several events to raise money and collect food donations.
