Through “Time for Kids: Time to Talk,” we will explore how something as simple as talking can boost your child’s mental well-being and help your family better manage things like stress and anxiety.

Avoiding anxiety-inducing situations might help in the short term, but will reinforce the anxiety or fear for your child long term.
It's natural for a parent to want to protect their child from stressful situations, but avoidance can make a fear or anxiety worse over time. Facing a situation together can help your child learn new skills and build trust.
