Medication & Device Assistance

Don't let the cost of prescriptions and medical devices keep you from getting well. SSM Health is dedicated to providing you with excellent care. This includes ensuring you receive the medicine and/or medical device needed to get you healthy. 

Our patient assistance programs offer qualifying patients free or low-cost medicine and medical devices. If you are uninsured or underinsured for your current treatment, you may still qualify.

To get started, ask to complete a patient assistance program authorization form during your doctor's visit. You can get this form from your patient financial application representative, social worker or financial counselor. You will then receive a phone call from SSM Health to verify your enrollment. Be prepared to provide your most recent tax return or W2 and any health insurance. If you qualify, your free or discounted medicine and/or medical device will be reflected on your bill.
