SSM Health provides a variety of PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy programs in Missouri, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin. Choose from pediatric, critical care or ambulatory pharmacy residency programs. Each hospital retains full and complete control over all elements of the residency program. Select the opportunity that best suits your needs.

Application Requirements

1. Candidates must be a graduate of an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy and eligible for licensure in the state(s) for which they will practice. All applicants must use the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS). 

2. Applicants must submit*:

  • Application via PhORCAS
  • Curriculum vitae
  • College of pharmacy transcripts
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Letter of intent
