What are the SSM Health pharmacy residency application requirements?
1. Candidates must be a graduate of an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy and eligible for licensure in the state(s) for which they will practice. All applicants must use the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS).
2. Applicants must submit*:
- Application via PhORCAS
- Curriculum vitae
- College of pharmacy transcripts
- Three letters of recommendation
- Letter of intent
